Our goal is to advance swimmers’ proficiency across all four strokes beyond the Junior Emerging Squad level. We emphasise refining technique, enhancing endurance and speed, and mastering starts, turns, and competitive skills.
State Squad
The State Squad is the level above the Junior Competitive Squad, tailored for dedicated young swimmers in competitive swimming. We focus on advancing skills in all four strokes, refining technique, enhancing endurance and speed, and preparing swimmers for peak competitive performance while laying the foundations for future aspirations.
Age National Squad
The Age National Squad is designed for accomplished competitive swimmers fully committed to the sport. We cater to swimmers aiming for national-level racing experience, focusing on refining skills across all four strokes. Emphasis is placed on improving technique, race skills and race execution to prepare swimmers for optimal competitive performance.
National Squad
The National Squad represents the pinnacle of competitive swimming at Hooked Swim, tailored for elite open swimmers dedicated to their sport. Building upon the foundation of the Age National Squad, we focus on refining skills across all four strokes, enhancing individual athlete needs to help them reach their optimal performance goals. Our program inspires swimmers to excel at national and international competitions, nurturing aspirations for success on the global stage.
